1. Scope of Agreement

These User Terms govern all services provided by Springfield Travel and Tourism Dubai, including global visa consultation, UAE visa issuance, outbound holiday packages, desert safaris, flight tickets, and hotel bookings.

2. Client Obligations & Document Accuracy

• Clients guarantee that all documents, bank statements, employment letters, and passport details provided are genuine, accurate, and unaltered.
• Clients must possess a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country.
• Clients are solely responsible for verifying that their names match their passport spelling across all tickets and visa forms.
